Dave directs Antioch's marketing and loan origination activities. With 30 years of experience as a lawyer and investment banker involved in mortgage lending to churches, schools and other non-profit organizations, Dave has been actively involved in acquiring, underwriting and marketing hundreds of loans to churches throughout the United States. In the early 80's he served as securities attorney for the Minneapolis securities firm of Keenan & Clarey, Inc.--one of the pioneers in church financing since 1906. He served as legal counsel in the Heritage USA ("PTL") case in the late 80's, and in 1987 he co-founded American Investors Group, Inc., a NASD-member broker-dealer. Based in Minneapolis, AIG soon grew into one of the nation's leading church bond underwriters. In 1994, Dave co-founded American Church Mortgage Company ("ACMC"), a publicly-held real estate investment trust which operates as a direct lender for smaller loans to churches nationwide. Since 1984, Dave has underwritten (in his capacity as legal counsel and investment banker) close to $1 Billion in loans to churches nationwide, ranging in size from $500,000 to $23 Million.

Dave received his Juris Doctor degree in 1979 from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, and received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1976 from Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan. He has served from time-to-time as Adjunct Professor of Law at Hamline University School of Law.

Thomas joined Antioch in 2010 and manages Antioch's financial analysis and underwriting, as well as graphic design and marketing. Tom has experience in many areas including business management, marketing, finance and graphic design. Toms work has focused on serving churches through financial ministries specifically focusing on biblical financial stewardship. Tom has been a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis, MN since 2006. He attended the University of Saint Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota, and received a B.A. degree in 2009 in Business Management and Finance.

Don has recently joined Antioch and will be facilitating Antioch's national marketing initiative. With over 30 years as a small business owner, Don provides a unique perspective and years of experience regarding financial opportunities from the viewpoint of a borrower. Additionally, Don has joined up with BJB Capital Partners for the past two years. BJB provides capital and consults with banks and their clients to reposition troubled debt with the goal of preserving the borrower’s ownership in the real estate securing their debt.

Don is a Board member of Faith Life Church, Tampa, Florida, and was introduced to and worked with Antioch in successfully coordinating Faith Life’s property acquisition and bank financing. Don received his BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and is a 30+ year resident of Tampa, Florida!

During his 40 plus year career, Bill has developed expertise in commercial banking, retail banking, sales and marketing, media, and financial consulting. While serving primarily in banking all these years, Bill never lost his passion for the church and ministry. Being raised in the home of a pastor, he saw first-hand the challenges of building a successful ministry.

Most recently, Bill served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Sky Angel, a Christian television network based in Naples, Florida. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President, Business Development at Church Mortgage Acceptance Co., LLC, based in San Francisco, CA, where he played a key role in providing over $1 billion in financing to churches nationwide in need of refinancing, renovation or expansion.

Bill studied finance at the University of Cincinnati and vocal performance at the Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati. He also attended seminary at Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and he holds a Doctor of Divinity Degree at Heritage Baptist University in Indianapolis. Currently Bill serves on the Board of Trustees for Davis College in Binghamton, NY.
