Strategy, coaching, and support for new churches

Antioch Partners walks alongside church planters with strategic coaching and practical support — so new, healthy churches take root, make disciples, and multiply for the glory of Christ.

Church Planting Was Never Meant to Be Done Alone.

A Partner for the Church-Planting Journey

Church planters carry an extraordinary combination of vision, responsibility, and pressure. You are called to raise support, develop leaders, build teams, establish systems, communicate clearly, care for people, and prepare a church to launch… all while protecting your own spiritual and relational health.

Antioch Partners comes alongside you with experienced coaching, clear strategy, and practical support so you can focus on what matters most and move forward faithfully.

We don’t work for church planters. We work with church planters.

Supporting Every Stage of the Journey

We will help you:

1. Discover Your Direction

Work through an important decision, identify the central challenge, and leave with a focused plan for what comes next.

2. Strengthen Your Strategy

Develop the vision, leadership, funding, systems, communications, and launch plan required to build well.

3. Expand Your Capacity

Gain practical implementation support when the work in front of you is greater than the capacity of your current team.

Partnership Built Differently

Strategic Voice — We help identify what matters most and build a practical path from vision to faithful action. Our primary goal is helping you take the next step.

Biblically Rooted — Our work is shaped by Scripture and a commitment to the health and mission of the local church that we find within it.

Gospel-Centered — We place Jesus at the center of everything we do. Jesus builds the church, we are just called to be faithful stewards of it.

Mission Focused — Every strategy and system exists to serve the mission of making disciples, multiplying churches, and advancing the gospel.

Built for Sustainability — We help establish healthy foundations that can endure beyond launch day. Our partnership is meant to be short-term.

Our Commitments

Led by someone who understands the work

Aaron Nebrija is a pastor, church planter, and ministry leader with 20 years of vocational ministry experience. He serves as Lead Pastor of City Life Church and understands the constant movement between vision and execution… developing leaders, shaping strategy, raising support, communicating clearly, and building systems that strengthen local-church ministry.

Our Founder

He founded Antioch Partners to help church planters gain the clarity, coaching, and practical capacity they need to build new churches faithfully without building alone.
